G'Day All.

It's raining and i've nothing better to do, besides we lost a lot of stuff with the old forums.

So i thought i'd start this with a couple i remember, to help out if you know any usefull/good ones add'em.

These work for Ubuntu i don't know about other distro's, i'm sure someone does.

Please add info for what the command does.

Typed in terminal.(this bit) NOT THE BRACKET'S


For fan speeds/voltages/temps. (sensors)

For your C.P.U. info. (cat /proc/cpuinfo)

For your I.P. address info. (ifconfig)
