It is from my Prime Number page.  I googled my real Name and it was in the list of results.  The main website where I found mine is at.  http://primes.utm.edu/

Try the search on this page for your real name or for your Boinc name maybe ??

Good luck

I've got 4 but none are in the top 5,000 (in fact only one is in the top 10,000 now)

But I do mostly sieving, which is not the prime finding application.

I have 90 prime numbers of which only 11 now sit in the top prime list.  Check out L98 as the prime finders code.

WOW that's a lot!  :congrats

I got all 4 of mine with TPS as well.  But none on PPS (from nearly 18,000 LLR tests)

Just received an email that I found another Prime number.  It is not ranked yet but seems to be in the top 5000.  The last one I found was in 2009.

Dear Primefinder,

Congratulations! Our records indicate that a computer registered by you has found a unique prime number. This computer is running BOINC, is attached to the PrimeGrid project, and is assigned to the Sophie Germain Prime Search. What makes this prime unique is that it's large enough to enter the Top 5000 List in Chris Caldwell's The Largest Known Primes Database.

Since you have auto-reporting selected, the following prime was submitted on your behalf:
 Added 100922 : 21703472276295*2^666666-1 (200700 digits)
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me and we will surely resolve any problem.

Once again, congratulations on your find. Thank you for participating in PrimeGrid.

I have been notified that I have found a new prime in Primegrid.  Good to see that my crunching is doing more than just getting credits  :cheer1:

Looking at the PrimeGrid site I have also been the double checker, or the second finder a number of times.  If you go to the site and press the decimal next to the prime number it will show how huge these numbers are.  :shock  The number I just found has 334678 digits.
