Greetings All
So now and then some news from the Linux world will pop into this thread, well hopefully at least one post a day, who knows.
But here is one or two, to start with
Ubuntu 20.04 LTS continuing To Work On Python 2 Removal https://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=news_item&px=Ubuntu-20.04-Continue-Py2-Drop (https://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=news_item&px=Ubuntu-20.04-Continue-Py2-Drop)
Linux 5.4-rc7 Kernel Released With VirtualBox Shared Folder Driver In Place https://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=news_item&px=Linux-5.4-rc7-Released (https://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=news_item&px=Linux-5.4-rc7-Released)
As we know in the world of Linux there are many ways to get your news, this is one I have found to be very reputable, if you have others please post.
Who knows we may end up getting more people into the world on Linux and crunching on Linux Boxes.
Regards
Mark
PS. On a sidenote, over at SETI@Home, the flavour of choice for majority of users in the top 100 is Ubuntu (Which is based off Debian) and some flavours ie Linux Mint 19 (which is based off Ubuntu 18.04 LTS), this is so they can crunch the Linux Cuda Special App.
Well this one is for all those gamers
