This is mainly for my future use when I get more servers etc
When you update/upgrade in Ubuntu 24 and most modern others versions of Ubuntu it says that you can get extra updates like this one when I updated my system today.
Get more security updates through Ubuntu Pro with 'esm-apps' enabled:

The updates first lot of upgrades in italics are only available if you pay for Ubuntu Pro which unless you have many machines is not worth it. I do not want to pay for Ubuntu Pro so I found that you can get rid of that message by running.
sudo mkdir /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/off
sudo mv /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/20apt-esm-hook.conf /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/off
