If you have run any of the sub projects let the Team know here.
I am running Yarrow (https://bitboinc.athena.org.tr/yarrow_status.php) which uses the old sensors from Radioactive@ home.
Thoughts so far.
I have Yarrow running on WIN 11 machine with a Radioactive@home sensor. The stderr.txt file on Radioactive@home showed the upload values so you could see if it was running correctly. It also showed the errors. The stderr.txt on here just says "found: Radioactive@Home counter". I found that the sensor was returning data but no credit as yet. When is the credit added, as the task seems to have a long run time till finished as it is just over 5% after 2.5 hours.
I also kept getting the line in BOINC Manager "14735 bitboinc 01-Nov-26 19:42:13 Message from server: No usable WSL distros found" Do I need to have wsl window open to use ant of the sub projects and if so which ones ??
The BIG Problem is I have "Radiation monitor: buzzer (beep) off" in my Preferences but it is still beeping every few seconds. This is a deal breaker if this can't be fixed I will be turning them off. It is driving me nuts.
I also ran some Kampylos tasks to get credit so I could post on the forum.
QuoteKampylos exhaustively models binary-lens gravitational microlensing events from public sky-survey archives (OGLE, MOA, KMTNet): for each event, it grid-searches the lens's mass ratio and projected separation -- the two parameters that can't be shortcut by local optimization, since different values genuinely change the shape of the solution space -- while fitting the remaining parameters locally at each grid point. One event is worked at a time; work units cover one row of that event's grid each. Full background: the Kampylos repository.
Good credit
