NASA has begun releasing transcripts from the early NASA missions. They begin with the release of transcripts of the Apollo 13 mission, you know the one - it's the mission with the (mythically) famous 'Houston, we have a problem' quote **.
http://spacelog.org/
The first two transcripts are:
Apollo 13 (http://a13.spacelog.org/) - The third lunar landing mission, aborted due to an onboard explosion, but deemed a "successful failure" as the safe return of the crew resulted.
Mercury 6 (http://ma6.spacelog.org/) - The 1962 Mercury mission that made pilot John Glenn the first American to reach Earth orbit, with three orbits before his successful re-entry.
** the actual quote was "Houston, we've had a problem".
