Project Summary

Quarantine@Home is a project that lets you donate your spare computer power to finding drugs to target the coronavirus! We leverage the power of the Autodock suite of tools to perform small molecule screening against viral proteins. Possible drugs are sourced from the Zinc Database hosted at the University of California San Francisco

Use the Project Join Page to select the Application to download for your system.  Windows, Mac or Linux  https://quarantine.infino.me/

Developers can access the  source code here (https://github.com/cjmielke/quarantineAtHome)

I downloaded the software, started it and it starts i a Command Window that stays open on the dektop

There is a web page where you can see the progress of your task running here http://127.0.0.1:7777/  On this page there is an Option to set your User Name:   I created a User Name called "BOINC@AUSTRALIA:Dingo" and it does not seem to to anything but I found a file that showed it had taken.  If you open http://127.0.0.1:7777/ this page in your browser and the User Name is displayed then it has taken.

So when you create your User Name on the http://127.0.0.1:7777/ page. Put BOINC@AUSTRALIA:followed by your user name  eg BOINC@AUSTRALIA:Dataman  This will allow me to download the data from the users page and sort the username in xcel ??
