I am way beyond fixing things up.  I am 75 this year and struggle to myself going. Ancourage is the answer for sure as far as value for $ as it is free a lot of the time.

I wish you luck and keep us up to date if you do move out of your place and get onboard.

I wish you all the best with your move Mike. So I gather that you're planning to leave the land and move onto your boat? Will you be sailing anywhere?

I'm a true landlubber - I can't swim!! Like I went to swimming classes at primary school but never caught on, ie my parents never pushed me!

And good health to you as well. Our bodies start giving up sooner rather than later. It's a part of life I guess - the race to the grave. :-(

I hope to sail the east coast. It's the safest and easiest for me.
