My question is, is there a central place on the board the one might peruse upcoming challenges for all Boinc projects between AA's so as to help the team?

If you go to this forum: http://forum.boinc-australia.net/index.php?board=114.0 and click on the Notify button near the top right hand corner, you will be asked to okay receiving updates posted in there. Announcements are or should be made in there. Sometimes we forget.

Thanks for the heads up Sean,

I've switched all pc's to HCMD2 to see if I can snag 1 more badge before they close shop. (not likely if there's only a few days to go)

Then i'll do the same to HFCC after that.

Just maybe if I max out the cache......... Oh well nothing ventured ect, ect.

Oh yea, I got a couple of Dengue's P2's also. Just 2 or 3 though.

Even though there's supposed to be 18 days left (now 15) work is already sporadic & hard to keep all core's active on both projects.  Even with a huge cache setting.

Maybe just a temporary run on WU's?

Yes moved over to http://ibercivis.es/ till WCG comes back as I am out of work.

Just before the outage one of my machines downloaded 57 HCMD2 WU's.   

Now my other 2 pc's have no work (at least as far as WCG goes).  What I was wondering is can I transfer WU's from one machine to another? 

Just copy the HCMD2 WU's across the network to the other pc's that have no work?  Is this possible?  Would it work without disaster?

I have never tried it but I don't think it works. I remember reading (maybe on the boinc forum?) that someone wanted to download work units at work and transfer them to their home computer. I think the general consensus was that they would error.

By the way for those who do not already know, WCG HCC GPU has gone production, with workunits flowing steadily, happy crunching
