LHC Shutdown for Upgrade

Looks like the LHC is being turned off until 2030. I assume this will affect the BOINC tasks... not that I haven't had any luck setting it up

This has been discussed over on their forum and no it does not affect the BOINC side of things.

There is currently plenty of work for the ATLAS subproject.
