Found another prime...

Dear Primefinder,

Congratulations! Our records indicate that a computer registered by you has found a unique prime number. This computer is running BOINC, is attached to the PrimeGrid project, and is assigned to the Generalized Fermat Prime Search n=16 (GFN-16). What makes this prime unique is that it's large enough to enter the Top 5000 List in The Largest Known Primes Database.

Since you have auto-reporting selected, the following prime was submitted on your behalf:

Added 136233 : 278914560^65536+1 (553483 digits)

This prime was found on this workunit which will automatically show as a prime result after verification by the Largest Known Primes Database.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us and we will surely resolve any problems.

Once again, congratulations on your find! Thank you for participating in PrimeGrid.

Congrats Dark Angel

The 1,049,089 digits of that one is close to my best of 1,056,356 digits. I am doing some 321 and they are up in the 4 million range but much harder to find.

Giving SGS (PRIMEGRID) a blast, trying to get it up to 5 million before it shuts down, and in doing so I have managed to pick up 2 more primes in the last week.

So another goal, is to see if I can get 10 SGS primes before its closure, and I am at 6.

I should have a decent chance, now they have taken away the race condition.

Cheers
