The Forum I have installed from the host is a mix of different versions and I have been fighjting for two days to get it to work.  I have decided to do a fresh install and not use any of the files from the host I do not need.  I am going to be doing this this evening.  None of the board posts rom today will be there when I update it.  Sorry for the confusion but I want the forum to work properly.

On my XP 32bit Q9450 stock speed am av btw the low 500's - mid to high 500's secs

Just put Milkyway on my i7 last night and it is taking about 2 hours per WU I think this means I need to use one of these optimised apps. How does this work?
