Gave Plasma today

I gave Plasma at the Red Cross Blood Services place in Albury today.  I usually give Plasma every two to three weeks but have not donated since April, just because I didn't get around to it.  Too much time doing nothing to do anything it seems lately.

The Blood Bank needs your help, so I encourage anyone that is healthy and passes the requirements to give blood or Plasma.
