I saw the shuttle yesterday as it made a sweeping turn over Sacramento and then headed toward L.A.  Impressive. Big. Takes a LOT of airspace to make that piggy-back setup make a U-turn.  biggrin There was a cute pic in one of the newspapers this morning of a 6-year old boy. He was watching it make a low pass in Sac with his eyes open wide to twice the size of his head and his mouth open so wide you could have drove a car in it. I'd wager he wants to be an astronaut.

Low clouds along the coast this morning.
