I was lying in bed the other night pondering the meaning of life ( as you do ) when I was struck by the thought that from my point of view we seemed to be going for quite some time as a club but I had no idea of when we started and when our birthday was. Dingo ? Anybody? What's the answer and when can we have a cold one to celebrate?  Dave

Hmmmmm.... just a quick perusal of the forum posts and I saw maybe the earliest post dated May 1, 2009.  A bunch of others are dated early May 2009 also.  Methinks a long time member might glean some definitive answers....Mike Mitchell perhaps??

It was going before I joined. I think Dingo started it when he last lived in Canada, may be he'll remember when it was started.

I am not 100% sure when I started the Team.  I know that I registered on this site on the May 27, 2005, 10:00:00 PM so I am guessing that it was close to that time.  Lets say 01 May 2005, May Day as the start of the Team unless I find out different.

So happy 9 years and 47 Days, or something like that.

UPDATE

I was looking at the Team Page on Free DC and it says "First Seen :Wed, 23 Jun 04 23:25:30 -0400"  so I guess we were around earlier than we thought. 

Team Birthday will now be the 23 June.  So we are 10 years old, who would of thought that I would still be doing this back then.
