My boinc has stopped working

The boinc was  going and then I got this message

./boinc: error while loading shared libraries: libcurl.so.4: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory


I then tried to install from the repos the latest version. I am using Mageia 4 .
Now I get this message.

/usr/bin/boinc: line 5: /var/log/boinc.log: Permission denied
The versions downloaded are:
rpm -qa |grep boinc
boinc-manager-7.2.42-1.2.mga4
boinc-client-7.2.42-1.2.mga4

What can I do?
