Spam on Project Forums

I'm noticing that many BOINC projects get quite a bit of spam in their forums and without active admins it just spreads.

Seems like not being able to post without points or at the very minimum a computer connected should automatically be blocked.

If I get a chance I'll reach out to BOINC and suggest it
