Project Overview

This Earth and Environmental project that was researching the effects of athmospheric dispersion.  Unfortunately, there has been no work on this project since Oct 2007.  It seems that as the Home page is still open and project is still exporting stats, the project is declared inactive but not retired.

In the even the project restarts, or retires, the project overview will be updated.
